Although no environment is ever 100% risk free, we are highly confident in our ability to provide a sanitized, worship environment with minimal risk to those who attend.  That said, please know that your safety and well being is of the utmost importance to us. Thus, we have gone to great lengths to establish and implement the following protocols to make our worship experience as safe and worry-free as possible.

  • Masks are required in all common areas.  Masks are optional while seated and properly distanced.

  • Hand sanitization stations throughout facility.

  • Mask provided, if needed.

  • Reduced sanctuary seating to 30% (25 seats) capacity to promote proper social distancing.

  • Online Registration for service attendees.

  • Colored wristband to indicate interaction preference.

  • Doors will open to the public 15 minutes before start of service.

  • Weekly professional sanitization of all common areas and equipment.

  • Limited classroom sizes in Children’s Ministry.

  • Prior to arrival all staff, volunteers, service attendees, and children must complete pre-screen symptoms check. Temperature checks completed upon arrival.

What happens if I do not register online?

To ensure our ability to follow all recommended guidelines for social distancing we encourage all desiring to attend in-person worship to pre-register for desired seating. I desire is that no one would ever be turned away from worshipping God. Thus, all unregistered attendees will be allowed to occupy unregistered seats at a first come first serve basis. Once all spaces have been filled, any remaining attendees will be allowed seating in overflow area to the point that we can properly maintain social distancing protocols.

Will mask be required once seated in church?

In line with CDC guidelines for social distancing, once a person (family) has been seated and properly distanced from others, mask will not be required. However, upon the need to leave seating, mask must be worn at all times when in odors in common public areas.

What happens if registration is full?

As registration and attendance dictates, we are prepared to provide a second 12 noon service when it becomes necessary.

How will you keep our children safe?

To ensure the safety of our youth and children we have implemented the following additional protocols for all student ministry classes and activities:

  • Classroom settings will be limited to only students and teachers. No parents or unauthorized guest will be allowed past student ministry welcome desk.

  • Due to the one on one interaction that normally takes place in student ministry settings, all teachers and volunteers will be required to wear mask and gloves at ALL TIMES.

  • To ensure proper social distancing, all indoor class sizes will be limited 8 students per classroom / per teacher.

  • All equipment and toys will be thoroughly sanitized before, after, and as needed during use.

  • Snacks will be limited to prepackaged, individually sealed items.

  • Regularly scheduled and washing breaks.
